Very occasionally when running the sign Pro PDF installer it will fail part way through and the log file will show something like this:
[0E14:42A8][2023-01-20T13:31:10]i301: Applying execute package: pkgNovaPDFOEM.x64, action: Install, path: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{C118515E-773E-4B67-9B86-FE0867E9F6C5}v8.9.952\novaPDF8OEM(x64).msi, arguments: ' ALLUSERS="1" ARPSYSTEMCOMPONENT="1" MSIFASTINSTALL="7"'

There are 2 known reasons why the installation of the novaPDF printer driver might fail:
1. The target PC is based on ARM architecture - currently (23/1/2023) Softland have not yet produced a novaPDF installer for ARM. There is no known workaround for this.
2. novaPDF is already installed on the PC or traces of a previous installation have been left behind in the registry.
Possible resolutions for this second issue are:
i) Look in Control Panel at the list of installed apps/programs for any sign of any novaPDF apps and uninstall them if found. Then re-run the sign pro installer.
ii) Try this uninstaller tool: https://www.martau.com/uninstaller-download.php
You can install and use it for free for 30 days.
Just run it and check what programs it detects, and if you see novaPDF in the list, uninstall it from there. Then re-run the sign pro installer.
