Sometimes after uninstalling and re-installing SignatureScope the licenser app is missing from the Start menu.
It should appear like this:
If the licenser is missing from the Start menu then there is no way of generating a request code and so the app can't be authorised.
To work around this situation please proceed as follows:
1. Open regedit at the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wacom\Licensing\SignatureScope
2. Copy the contents of the "licence" value into the clipboard:
3. Open a command prompt and enter the command below, followed immediately by the licence string in the clipboard:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\WacomGSS\wgssLicenser.exe" -l (this is a lower-case L)
e.g. "C:\Program Files\Common Files\WacomGSS\wgssLicenser.exe" -lAgBLALY........
The licenser app should then start and display a request code for you to send to the Enterprise Support team at enterprise-support@wacom.com
