Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for the sign pro plug-in for Adobe Acrobat

When trying to capture a signature in Acrobat Reader an error message appears saying that the sign pro PDF plug-in is required even though it has been installed.

The most likely explanation of this error is that you are trying to use the 32-bit version of the sign pro plug-in with 64-bit Acrobat.

There are two solutions:

1.  Install the 32-bit version of Acrobat Reader

2. Contact your regional Wacom Sales Manager to request a 64-bit version of the sign pro plug-in.  Please note however that this product has certain commercial restrictions placed upon it which require special authorisation and there is no guarantee that it can be supplied.
