1. Uninstall the demo version if it is already installed on your PC.
2. Click on the Sharepoint link using the <Open> button in the email which was sent to you by Wacom Enterprise Support. It should appear similar to that shown below:
3. You will then be prompted to enter your email address as an initial stage of access control:
4. On entering your email address the system will then prompt you to enter an access code which it also sends to your email address:
5. On entering the access code you will then be taken to a OneDrive folder containing 3 files as shown below:
6. Click the "Download" link as highlighted in red above and the system will download the 3 files into a zip file called "FDE.zip" on your PC.
7. Right-click on the FDE.zip file in Windows Explorer and use the “Extract All” option to extract the contents of the zip file.
6. Once the extraction has finished you should find a new folder called FDE - open this folder using Windows Explorer and then run Wacom-SignatureScope-Full-x.xx.x.exe by double-clicking it.
Follow any on-screen prompts as needed to allow the installation to complete.
7. On your PC click the Windows icon in the bottom left-hand corner and scroll down the list of programs until you find Wacom SignatureScope, then click the little arrow to expand that section.
It should appear as shown below.
Next click “License SignatureScope on this machine”.
8. The Licenser will display a request code as shown below - please copy/paste this code using the <Copy> button and email it to enterprise-support@wacom.com
9. We will then reply with the authorization code for your PC.
10. Re-run the Licenser and enter the authorisation code in the field provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The full version of SignatureScope is only issued to qualified Forensic Document Examiners or academics who can demonstrate that they need it for research purposes.
If you fall into either of these categories you will need to obtain approval from Wacom management and sign a non-disclosure agreement. In order to start this process please send an email to enterprise-support@wacom.com and you will be sent a link to an application form.
