No green tick shown against signature or eSeal in the document

Why is there no green tick shown against my signature or eSeal in the document?

Answer

This can happen if the signing certificate’s private key value is corrupted.
The solution is to delete the user.config file and create a new key. The user.config file is in the following directory (where xxxxx is your user ID):

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Wacom\WacomGSS.signpro.exe_Url_s35s1fnt0xcvz1hzrtmc0ffjzb1dwip5\3.5.0.12

If the user.config file contains other values which need to be preserved please take a copy of it before deletion,
then copy/paste those other values across to the new file once sign Pro PDF has regenerated it.
